It is your responsibility to care for your new tattoo while it is healing to prevent contracting any form of infection,  which can be needed for touch-ups.

Please note that the artist has the right to refuse free touch-ups if the artist identifies improper aftercare on your part.

Saniderm Instructions:

Leave the clear film bandage on for 2-3 days; depending on how much the tattoo weeps. After you remove the bandage, run a paper towel under a stream of hot water, wring out the excess water and place the towel on the tattooed area to open up the pores of your skin. Wash vigorously with mild soap and pat dry with a clean paper towel. For the first 2 days following your appointment, keep it clean and dry to avoid any lymphatic fluid drying on the surface of your tattoo.  Contact your physician if redness continues for more than 24 hours after the tattoo appointment.
